Overview Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, as well as perform preventative maintenance on equipment. They must also be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Detailed Job Description Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. This includes but is not limited to: pumps, motors, conveyors, boilers, compressors, and other mechanical and electrical equipment. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, as well as perform preventative maintenance on equipment. They must also be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Skills Required
