Knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (Shop Organization, Visualization, Problem Solving).

Experience in manufacturing or process industries.

Experience leading teams including experience coaching a team to solve problems and continuously improve.

Results driven, able to use visual management tools to identify problems and implement improvements.

2 year Technical Degree preferred or High school diploma / GED with 5+ year’s relevant experience required.

3+ years of Leadership experience (or comparable experience) in a high production, fast paced manufacturing environment.
