About This Role


Enavate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution & Manufacturing Delivery Success Leader to join our team. As the Distribution & Manufacturing Delivery Success Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of business solutions to our Dynamics 365 Business Central distribution and manufacturing clients. Your role will involve leading the team delivering end-to-end implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, functional consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to ensure your team delivers high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.


Key Responsibilities


Your day will consist of:


  • Team Leadership: Lead the Distribution & Manufacturing POD that will implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to end clients.
  • Project Leadership: Ensure the POD is leading the end-to-end software implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitoring project progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: You and the POD will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Delivery Management: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, functional consultants, developers, project managers, to coordinate project activities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against established metrics, track project milestones, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Develop contingency plans and facilitate problem-solving to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices for software delivery methodologies. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction through innovative approaches and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the solution delivery process. Implement quality control measures, perform regular project reviews, and facilitate user acceptance testing to meet or exceed client expectations.


Qualifications


Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in NAV/Business Central
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven experience in delivery leadership roles, managing complex software implementation projects and client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying solutions and overcoming project challenges.
  • Strong understanding of subscription based packaged solution delivery, project management frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
