5+ years’ experience leading change through exhibiting integrity and ownership, team development, project/process implementation, and Lean practices

The Manufacturing Excellence Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive manufacturing excellence program across the organization. This includes developing and executing strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. The Manufacturing Excellence Director will also be responsible for developing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of the program. The Manufacturing Excellence Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive manufacturing excellence program that includes:

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Developing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of the program.
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the program is implemented effectively.
• Developing and implementing metrics to measure the success of the program.
• Working with other departments to ensure the program is integrated into the organization’s overall strategy.
• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure the program is implemented effectively.
• Developing and implementing a communication strategy to ensure the program is communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Developing and implementing a continuous improvement program to ensure the program is continuously improved.
• Developing and managing budgets to ensure the program is implemented effectively.
• Developing and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the program is implemented effectively.
