Participates in overall administration and management of the organization through membership on the organization’s executive and management teams .

Ensures that the program team is represented and regularly participates in the Continuous Quality Improvement and Case Management System (CMS) committee.

Manages residential program directors developing and monitoring annual plans, addressing barriers and striving towards excellence.

Is responsible for day-to-day operations of shelter programs across all facilities.

Supports development of and monitors the overall YRS budget and expends program funds in accordance with organization approved policies .

Assists the Senior Director with grants development and implementation processes

Participate in the performance management process through goal setting and performance reviews for managed staff

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required

Manage a team of Account Directors, Delivery Directors, Leads, and Principal Consultants to drive results

Monitor key business metrics such as the delivery of service and client satisfaction on managed projects; communicate expectations to project teams

Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation in Cloud for Good’s growth
