Manager Talent – Flight Operations And Inflight Jobs

This job is a member of the Inflight Team within the Customer Experience Division.

Must be able to travel and be away from home 25% of the month

Current Inflight, Passenger Service or Passenger Sales experience

Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skill

Must be able to Meet the qualifications to train as a flight attendant, to enable better leadership of your team

Successfully perform physical requirements of the job, including emergency evacuation drills

Provides compliance assistance and guidance to ensure Inflight Crewmembers’ adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

Three (3) years customer service, sales, or airline experience, OR one (1) year JetBlue CEX experience

One (1) year leadership or Supervision experience, preferably in the Airline industry

Knowledge of basic computer and electronic tablet devices

Able to work as a team to deliver the JetBlue Experience

1+ years' experience using candidate applicant tracking or training management systems

Demonstrated experience in Project Management reporting performance and metrics

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Engage with Hiring Managers by conducting thorough intake sessions, debrief sessions, clarifying staffing needs and responsibilities

Manage positive internal and external applicant experience throughout the recruitment process

Discuss offer details with Hiring Managers and extend verbal offers and negotiate offers to successful acceptance

2+ years talent recruitment and management experience within the entertainment industry.

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize talent management strategies.

Strengths in report writing and presenting findings to upper management.

Experience in the live streaming industry.

Knowledge of live streaming platforms.

Develop and maintain key accounts with streamers.

1+ years’ experience using candidate applicant tracking or training management systems

Demonstrated experience in Project Management reporting performance and metrics
