Manager Of Ride Show Engineering Jobs

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools – Asana knowledge a plus

Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows

Manage on-sale timelines in partnership with artist relations lead

Manage digital marketing campaigns for assigned shows across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search, press, partnerships, and paid advertising.

Work with social media manager to concept and activate social media marketing campaigns for each show

Strong management, leadership, decision-making and team-building skills.

Perform all other responsibilities and projects as assigned by their immediate supervisor and senior management.

5 years of relevant fundraising experience, particularly in peer-to-peer events. Strong knowledge of cycling events.

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Direct experience in managing and growing P2P Programs.

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Experience with project management (preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.

Hands on experience (machining, wood shop, robotics, automotive, etc. preferred)

Superior written & verbal communication skills.

This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.

Leads design and production reviews at vendor locations ensuring product quality, specification conformance, and schedule accuracy.

Keep the General Manager and executive management team informed of the financial and operational successes and issues for the maintenance division.

Report divisional results in a timely manner, including monthly reports to the General Manager and executive management team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management preferred.

Manage all departmental team members in a professional and honest manner.

Conduct regular internal staff meetings with managers and key team members.

Develop and manage a preventative and ongoing maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency and service excellence.

Provides technical guidance to project teams in support of the design, development and delivery of themed entertainment Ride/Show systems.

Generates, edits and updates Ride/Show engineering specifications.

Performs technical analyses to assist in determining feasibility of Ride/Show systems to mitigate risk for project delivery.

Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements

Strong English language communication skills

You must successfully pass the company provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED

Monitor rides, following all safety regulations

Assist in loading and unloading guests from ride

Interact with guests while implementing park safety guidelines
