Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a re.lated field

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry

Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Base salary ($70,000-$90,000 depending on experience) with bonus

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) required

Under direction of lead relationship managers, assist with the coordination and implementation of customized client sales and servicing strategies

Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more

Strong investment knowledge with an ability to interpret and present performance, risk, and attribution data

2-5 years of management experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Knowledge of Salesforce and Pershing platforms are a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent organization, prioritization and planning skills required

10% - Field escalated issues from representatives, clients, and participants. Identifies trends in escalated issues and proactively addresses with staff.
