Manager Renewable Facility Jobs

Strong organizational, networking, leadership, time management, and accounting skills.

Manage wind and/or solar projects in the western United States (WECC)

Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities.

Manage tasks according to budgets and schedules, including coordinating internal and external technical support.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the renewable and/or clean energy industry or relevant experience

Ability to manage the development and strategic process for wind and/or solar energy projects.

At least 3 years of asset management experience in utility scale renewable or thermal energy operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering, is required

Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Skilled in negotiating and administering contracts and agreements, budget preparation, economic analysis.

Create a team environment oriented in trust, open communication and creative thinking resulting in a cohesive team effort.

Organize and implement a business plan that meets the objectives of the owners, project structure and contracts.

Drive culture of Production Centered Operations by ensuring successful implementation of production plan through planning, communication, and management of area resources.

Develop and manage an annual budget to meet the established targets.

Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent Operations experience is strongly preferred.

7 years Refining experience and 2 years of experience in Operations Supervision is preferred.

Provide leadership to establish priorities and pursue measurable business improvement opportunities.
