The Riverside University Health Center is seeking Health Education Assistants to join our team in Riverside, CA

This position will require traveling.

A Valid CA Class C Driver's License is required.

Program management and supervision experience.

Project management skills: ability to multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, create systems and processes and collaborate with and engage others.

Strong relationship management skills and excellent representation of the department in community interactions.

Provides direction and training necessary to ensure staff is knowledgeable and up-to-date in their respective job skills and duties.

Designing program evaluation strategies and developing data collection tools for community programs in partnership with program managers and consultants supporting evaluation.

Working with OCH staff to develop, monitor and manage reporting dashboards as needed.

Working collaboratively with program managers (and program participants) in designing and conducting formative, process and outcome evaluation.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Experience in evaluation design and use of protocols for community-based health promotion programs in low-income and underserved communities.

The Evaluation Manager, Community Health will be responsible for:

Experience in program management and evaluation

Experience with Data Analytics and EMR and RHIO platforms

Comfort with tasking team members to achieve high quality outcomes for patients and meet programmatic requirements.

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, external stakeholders, public groups, and/or the Board.
