Evaluate change impacts and opportunities to simplify store inventory and ordering tasks that will be enabled by system upgrades

Ensure the program progresses by identifying and resolving cross functional risks or decisions required to enable delivery of the program

Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of IT and educational technology necessary to support programs, supply inventory, evaluation data, booking, and scheduling.

Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure Programs office space has adequate storage, furniture and equipment needs.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Work closely with the Programs Leadership Team to refine systems for tracking, reporting and communicating critical program data, budgets, and information.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, project management, or related fields

A demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex challenges

A solid understanding of the financial inclusion, social enterprise, or development sectors

Higher education degree in aligned subject area; Master’s degree preferred and/or experience (2+ years) is considerable

Program management throughout the entire program life cycle

Experience in philanthropy in DMV, preferred but not required
