Overview The Sr. Manager of Operations Excellence Standards is responsible for developing and implementing operational excellence standards across the organization. This role will ensure that the organization is meeting the highest standards of operational excellence and that all processes are efficient and effective. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence metrics, and providing guidance and support to the organization on operational excellence initiatives. Detailed Job Description The Sr. Manager of Operations Excellence Standards will be responsible for developing and implementing operational excellence standards across the organization. This role will ensure that the organization is meeting the highest standards of operational excellence and that all processes are efficient and effective. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence metrics, and providing guidance and support to the organization on operational excellence initiatives.

The Sr. Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing operational excellence standards across the organization

• Developing and maintaining operational excellence metrics

• Providing guidance and support to the organization on operational excellence initiatives

• Identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them

• Working with other departments to ensure operational excellence standards are met

• Monitoring and evaluating operational excellence performance

• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure operational excellence standards are met

• Working with senior management to ensure operational excellence standards are met

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or related field

• Experience in developing and implementing operational excellence standards

• Experience in process improvement and quality management

• Experience in data analysis and reporting

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
