4+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role

Excellent time management skills; able to organize and work independently; bilingual is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field preferred

Strong computer proficiency skills with emphasis on knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)

Account dedicated People & Culture, HSE, and Finance

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g.: Accounting, Finance, EH&S, Compliance, Security and Energy Management) to meet month end reporting needs

10+ years supervisory or personnel management experience preferred

Coordinate with JLL management, concerning staff recognition, reviews, career development, corrective actions and scheduling

Coordinate with JLL management concerning staff training or re-training needs

Vendor Management for all entities working within the data centers

Management of our asset tracking processes, and systems

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education

Develop staff in performance, customer service and management skills through leadership and mentoring

Strong interpersonal skills, management skills and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of industrial facilities management operations, safe work practices, accounting, CMMS and building systems

Certified Facility Manger (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM) designations a plus Years of Relevant Experience

Manage vendor performance to achieve acceptable performance levels through active audit of supplier scope of work and partnering with vendor management

5+ years of facility management experience

Maintaining reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for management.

Manages and reviews service contracts and strives to minimize costs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Oversees building and grounds maintenance by partnering and working closely with the Nurse Practitioner responsible for the center.

Hire and supervise custodial functions, repair functions, security functions, and parking space allocation.
