Maintain knowledge and execution of federal and state financial aid/student employment policies, guidelines, and regulations. Train other staff as necessary. (15%)

Special project implementation and administration of all experiential learning scholarship programs, including chair of a review committee. (40%)

Prepare and deliver financial aid/literacy presentations as needed. (5%)

5+ years of related work experience in strategic planning and/or program management.

Create and maintain tools and trackers to manage progress against each workstream of Corporate Affairs strategic initiatives

Manage team-wide COO administrative functions such as creating calendars and slides detailing progress across the Corporate Affairs function

Manage third-party vendor onboarding and relationships to meet key projects milestones and deliverables

Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills; ability to make inferences from data sets.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
