Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and outline team roadmaps.

Provide expertise in data warehouse systems, system capabilities, and emerging technology trends.

Manage both onshore and offshore teams of Data Integration Engineers.

Define and manage SLAs for all data sets and production processes.

Directly manage and nurture a team comprising Business Intelligence Leads, Developers, and Architects.

Shape the strategy for accurate and consistent data sources, considering cross-functional requirements.

Implementation experience of multiple full life-cycle data management implementations

Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills

Participate in the evaluation of product interdependencies with existing offerings, technology trends and ecosystems, frameworks or platforms

Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to establish technical requirements and develop product technical roadmaps for success

Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.

7+ years of experience delivering business intelligence solutions in a developer, architect or similar position

· Extensive current hands-on skills with relational databases, schemas, dimensional modeling, and data analysis techniques.

· Experience with NoSQL querying and development.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Advanced proficiency in report writing tools such as SSRS or Power BI Paginated Reports.

· Proficient in MS SQL querying, specifically SELECT queries and stored procedures.
