Manage all game day preparations including detailed walkthroughs of each level of the Amway Center.

Provide support to fiscal and project budgeting for the Arena Experience & Operations department.

Lead the venue liaison for all radio station partner on-site requests, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management.

Manage media budgets and invoices for show settlement, depending on the event.

Work together with the Enterprise team on creative Artist gifts and Back of House experiences.

Strong writing, creative, and analytical skills.

Prior experience developing fully-integrated marketing plans

Self-starter with strong organizational skills; ability to seek out, identify and take advantage of opportunities with minimal direction.

Responsible for all aspects of the Arena Sound Systems: Manages, operates and maintains all Arena audio equipment.
