8+ years of experience with the functional capabilities of enterprise packages (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)

Sell (Sales, Marketing) – Customer Experience tool experience, e.g. SFDC

Service (Aftermarket) with tool experience, e.g. S/4

Experience in Agile and/or Management consulting

Facilitate and train in a practical and engaging way to Senior Executives, Management Teams and Agile Teams

5 years of technical leadership experience within US Power and Energy Sector

Proven track record of performance and growth over career in power system planning and/or consulting experience.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
