What You’ll Do - Nail it & Scale it:

A Masters or Doctoral degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management (desired but not mandatory).

Conduct impactful coaching sessions that inspire transformational change and elevate leadership capabilities.

Offer constructive feedback and actionable guidance to facilitate breakthroughs and overcome obstacles.

Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a demonstrated ability to drive positive change.

Strong communication and influencing abilities, fostering collaboration and productive outcomes.

Extensive experience in team building and new business development, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Prior startup founder or experience working at an early stage tech company.

Demonstrated experience building products and leading teams.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong knowledge of the pharmacy space, and the internal operations of a pharmacy.

Develop a product and prototype it.

Set the vision and the strategy of the portfolio company once the idea has been tested and determined product market fit.
