Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association

Experience practicing as low as reasonable achievable radiation exposure

Experience providing emergency med support to med providers for medical emergencies

Experience with statewide standard radiology protocols and documentation

Experience performing radiographic examination with and without contrast media

Determine leave qualifications & eligibility and coordinate appropriate corresponding documentation

Own and manage the LOA and Accommodation inboxes

Evaluate and innovate HubSpot LOA processes to create and scale a seamless leave experience

Have 2+ years of experience managing US Leave of Absence programs

Ensure compliance with company process, local, state, and federal regulations

Maintain records of leave and accommodation paperwork in our HRIS in accordance with best practices.

Knowledge of leave requirements and other legal/federal protections

CLMS (certified leave management specialist) SHRM or equivalent

2 years of administering Federal/State protected leaves of absence or HR experience

Experience managing high volume of emails and phone calls and dealing with complex issues.

Familiar with disability insurance and other benefit plans

Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite

One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including individuals with severe or challenging behaviors

Current in-person CPR/ First Aid certification for Adult & Children (or willing to get)

Competitive Pay- Starting $20 - $25 / hour

40+ hours PAID TRAINING prior to working with clients!!

Implements the goals/objectives for an individual child as defined in the treatment plan

Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention

This is a full-time 40/hrs. per week position,. Salary depends on experience.
