Maintenance Technician Electronics Jobs

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In lieu of a degree, must have 8+ years verifiable work experience in the electronics and instrumentation field.

Must have knowledge and understanding of Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) control loops.

Must have prior knowledge of AC/DC drives.

Must have applicable knowledge of assessment techniques for examining, questioning, evaluating and developing PLC program logic/code.

Expected to learn additional skills as necessary towards objective of keeping all Graham White equipment running.

Possess knowledge of PLC ladder logic.

Must possess personal computer skills with ability to fully utilize CMMS.

Knowledge of phone and data transmissions systems is desirable.

Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to apply GW Hazardous Energy Policy consistently (Lockout/Tagout.)

Expected to perform electrical and electronic repairs on furnaces and other equipment in the Foundry.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work and communicate well with engineers, management, and all other departments verbally and electronically.

Minimum 2 years' technical degree (Manufacturing Technology A.A.S.) or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or robotic systems

In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance.

Experience with Fanuc Robotics control software preferred.

Experience with McCools Delta Controllers preferred.
