Overview Maintenance Tech On Site is a position responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to a variety of equipment and systems. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment and systems. Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Tech On Site is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to a variety of equipment and systems. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems. The Maintenance Tech On Site must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams in order to diagnose and repair equipment and systems. The Maintenance Tech On Site must also be able to use a variety of hand and power tools in order to complete repairs. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or degree in a related field
• Previous experience in maintenance and repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Knowledge
The Maintenance Tech On Site must have a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, safety procedures, and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. The Maintenance Tech On Site must also have the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools in order to complete repairs.
Job Experience
Previous experience in maintenance and repair is preferred for this position.
