The Maintenance Tech III Full Time is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in the areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. The Maintenance Tech III Full Time will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The Maintenance Tech III Full Time will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
