Identify the relevant signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders in order to comprehensively assess, diagnose, and manage the presenting symptomatology.

Conducts mental health education and develops additional resources for mentally ill and sex offender inmates/wards.

Assist patient-inmates/youths in applying for entitlement benefits (SSI), community programs, and services.

Compiles and analyzes data from audits pertaining to the mental health program requirements;

Administers testing for technical skills to candidates, as required by Human Resources and the VP Management Team

5 years experience in maintenance/repair services, facilities or property management

Provides ongoing status reports to the VP Management Team on observations and advises on non-compliance with Company standards

5 years experience leading/managing a team of 6 or more in a service organization

EPA Universal CFC Certification preferred

The most significant responsibilities for the Maintenance Operations Director are:

Attend meetings/training as required by management.

Perform other duties as requested from management

Associates must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow associates.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
