Effectively communicate with BOH to ensure proper timing of course firing.

Set your section up with all garnishes, ramekins, sauces and other necessary items for service.

Assist setting up the Expo Station with the CDC and/or Sous Chef

Be a liaison between the FOH and BOH.

Communicate all pertinent information necessary for the accurate timing and preparation of items from the FOH to the BOH.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.

Maintain contract vendor orders and get all orders out on time.

Proficient on computer, especially with excel software.

Responsible for contract vendor agreement guidelines for DTG2Go orders.

Pull garments from inventory and place matching work order.

Category Management efforts to research and report spend in support of negotiations

Provides tracking of supplier performance, including late deliveries and overall responsiveness to our business requirements

High School or Equivalent education required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience in supporting a Sourcing and Procurement department

Uses knowledge of the company's products and services to meet customer needs and financial targets

Supports team in completing basic processes in a productive manner

Equipment Knowledge & Skills – may include but not limited to cranes and rigging, forklifts.

Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Coordinates locations of materials to be unloaded.

Check incoming steel in accordance with receiving procedures to ensure accuracy.

Work with Project Management to Resolve Filing Issues and Objections.

Excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills – written and oral.

Strong Outlook, Bluebeam REVU, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills.

Communicate with Agency Personnel and Colleagues in a Professional Manner.

File, Track, and Coordinate Multiple Active Filings.

Preferably CLASS 2 – Code and Zoning Representative License; minimum CLASS 1 – Filing Representative.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

Up to one-year experience preferred

Sets up production area with required equipment or products prior to start of production

Transports items from the dishroom and storeroom and delivers to the food production and assembly areas as required by the operation

Works as a member of a team

Must have 1 year experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Physical job evaluation available upon request

Customer service background a plus with strong organizational and time management skills

Receives proper confirmation of purchase price and delivery date on all purchase orders sent to vendors.

Properly updates purchase order in the ERP system to reflect the order confirmation received from vendor.

Maintains and monitors data integrity in the ERP system for Purchasing team.

Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.

Understands and follows the corporation's policies and guidelines regarding the ethical conduct of purchasing activities.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.

Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and support store operations.

Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.

Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Organize the back of house (BOH) workspace to maximize efficiency.

Having knowledge of all proper plate presentation, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.

Communicating with the Line Cooks, Manager in the Window and Front of the House Staff.

Validating of food before it goes to the guest.

Restocking products during the shift.

Adhering to First In First Out standards.

Having the ability to have fun at work.
