Maintenance Coordinator With Outagamie County Jobs

Minimum 2 year food service and volunteer management experience.

Increase staff and volunteer knowledge about Nutrition Program requirements and quality improvement methods.

This role is 30 hours per week with benefits. Typical work hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM to 3 PM.

Assure Nutrition Program menus meet WI Aging Network Policy Manual dietary requirements by reviewing, approving and performing menu nutritional analysis.

Promote and engage Nutrition Program staff and volunteers in Congregate meal site social, recreational and educational activities and programming.

Draft and distribute Nutrition Program educational information i.e., newsletter articles, brochures, participant contribution campaigns, volunteer recruitment, etc.

Knowledge of and skill in teaching activities of daily living.

Knowledge of department and community resources.

Knowledge of adolescent and adult behavior, interpersonal relations and social interaction.

Knowledge of psychological/psychiatric terminology and interventions.

Knowledge of the use and side effects of psychotropic medications including symptoms of overdose.

Knowledge of and ability to apply the basic principles of first aid.

This position does require successful completion of a Post Offer Pre Employment Examination (POPE).

Ability to use good oral and written communication skills needed to produce professional emails, documents, forms and reports.

Administer building and office door key program.

Coordinate and maintain spare parts inventories including purchasing supplies and picking up parts from local supply houses.

Work with vendors to obtain pricing; schedule vendors for work on the campus and escort vendors throughout the buildings as needed.

Candidate must pass all county and federal background checks and fingerprint checks as a condition of employment.
