They are also responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all maintenance and repair activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Chief is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within an organization. This includes ensuring that all maintenance and repair activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance Chief is also responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all maintenance and repair activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. The Maintenance Chief is also responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, as well as developing and implementing corrective maintenance plans. The Maintenance Chief is also responsible for managing the maintenance budget and ensuring that all maintenance and repair activities are completed within budget. Job Skills Required
