The Mainframe Tech Lead is responsible for leading a team of mainframe professionals in the development and maintenance of mainframe applications. The Mainframe Tech Lead is responsible for ensuring that the team meets deadlines, follows best practices, and produces quality results. The Mainframe Tech Lead is also responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team. The Mainframe Tech Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications, troubleshooting and resolving mainframe application issues, and providing technical support to the team. The Mainframe Tech Lead is also responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, and providing technical training to the team.
