Machine Shop Fabricator Jobs in Iowa

Maintain/clean shop and equipment daily

Investigate and implement countermeasures to improve process Quality and product yield

Dependable, work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed

Available for occasional off-hours calls (Some weekends and holiday work will be required)

1st Shift: 6am - 3pm

2nd Shift: 12pm - 8:30pm

At least five years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and other Continuous Improvement techniques; Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.

High school diploma or GED required plus advanced technical training or higher education.

MasterCam programming knowledge and ability to operate various machining equipment.

Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Strong problem solving, facilitation and communication skills (verbal and written).
