Evaluate consultant-generated mitigation/restoration plans and specifications, including wetland and stream mitigation, planting plans, and site preparation requirements.

Manage hazard tree issues on WTD properties, including permitting and work orders for tree assessments and removal.

Experience working on teams and conducting research on environmentally-related topics.

Con f lict resolution skills and a proven ability to resolve interpersonal issues on teams promptly, respectfully and discreetly.

Experience reviewing restoration plans and specifications.

Experience directing landscape maintenance contractors and inspecting their work.

Escalates any concerns identified in processing to Management

Monitors investor guideline changes and leads the Processors through implementation while keeping management apprised of changes

Assists management in creating policies and procedures

Identifies opportunities for process improvement, and works with management to implement

Ensures all origination guidelines, for federal/state regulations and investor requirements, are adhered to for underwriting review and decision

Works with appraisers, surveyors, title companies, investors, attorneys, and clients to manage and perform unique release requests

Manage files from acknowledgment to submission.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

One (1) year of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation or other related field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Applications at intermediate level preferred.

Knowledge of Mortgage related documents.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
