The Logistics Team Lead is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the logistics process. Detailed Job Description The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading a team of logistics personnel to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of goods and services. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments. The Logistics Team Lead is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the logistics process. This includes analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing new processes and procedures. The Logistics Team Lead is also responsible for training and mentoring team members, as well as providing feedback and guidance to ensure that team members are meeting performance goals.
