BA/BS/ME degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business preferred, will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

DoD logistics SME; with 8+ or more years asset management experience.

Experience with IT asset and software management to include inventory, reporting, audits, warehousing, spare parts, and software license management.

Experience defining and executing asset management processes with large-scale programs with many baselines across architectures.

Understand how the Item Unique Identification (IUID) factors into lifecycle management.

Interface with the customer, PMO, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to coordinate logistics management for seamless support.

Understand and implement a software license management program.

Consulting experience in global logistics and Foundry/OSAT industry best practices for capabilities (people, business processes, key decisions and tools) .

MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job and/or academic experience.

5+ years global logistics work experience at a Foundry (ie TSMC, Samsung, GlobalFoundries, etc...) or an OSAT.

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Successful history of leading strategic global logistics transformations in SAP.

Deploy transportation acumen/capability/knowledge management/training within manufacturing sites.

Lead contingency planning and risk management activities as needed.

Experience working in a multi-national companies with diverse culture, matrix organization and regional led responsibilities

Partner with finance to review freight spend, potential risks, potential upside and lead projects to reduce variance vs Annual Operating Plan.

Experience in Medical Device or Life Science industry

Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, including with executive or high management presence

Strong presentation skills, and experience creating polished business presentations

Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans

Demonstrated applied experience delivering complex programs and projects

A robust analytical skill-set and excellent modeling skills

Excellent analytical skills using Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs

Possession of Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or related certification .

Experience in a centralized, public sector purchasing department.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifying Certifications (or closely related):
