Detailed Job Description Logistics Management Specialists are responsible for the efficient and effective management of the supply chain and logistics operations of an organization. They must ensure that the goods and services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must also ensure that the goods and services are of the highest quality and meet the customer’s expectations. Logistics Management Specialists must be able to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain and logistics operations. They must also be able to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the operations. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations

Job Qualifications

• Professional certification in logistics and supply chain management (e.g. CSCP, CPIM, CLTD)

• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain and logistics operations
• Experience in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the operations
