Cleaning and sanitizing assigned work areas and kitchen equipment.

Utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning products.

Completing additional tasks as requested by chefs on an as need basis.

Previous leadership role/management and hospitality experience preferred.

Assist Huntley Lodge & Shoshone Condominium General Manager with all hotel responsibilities and projects.

Create strong communication lines between staff, guests, and management.

Work as Manager On Duty for the Huntley Lodge and lead the team on General Manager’s off-days.

Oversee Huntley Front Desk Manager and support Hotel Operations. Direct oversight of the Huntley & Shoshone Health Clubs.

Listen to and manage guest complaints and oversee service recovery and resolution.

Supports the company mission, comply with supervisor's manual. Model exemplary self-discipline, departmental teamwork, interdepartmental teamwork, guest service, professional skills, and ethics.

Your Seasonal Lodge Chef background and abilities should include the following:

$6,000 per month, May 1 to October 15, 2023

Knowledgeable of kitchen equipment, good knife skills, and possess a full tool kit.

Knowledgeable of weights and measures, as well as basic math applications.

Skilled with a minimum of two cuisines. Examples may include but not limited to Asian, Italian, Classical, New American, and Mexican.

Additional physical requirements include repetitive elbow motions for chopping, repetitive write motions for stirring and chopping.
