2+ years of experience in localization program management.

Highly desirable: localization experience with CMS (content management systems), experience with LMs (learning management systems), experience with localization of images/static assets.

LOCATION: Remote - United States only

Demonstrated knowledge of internationalization and localization standards and best practices.

Educate and guide engineers, product managers, and designers on internationalization and localization best practices.

Localize content, understand requirements, and craft scalable solutions for global markets and for the localization workflow.

3+ years of localization project management experience

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Manage a full cycle of localization projects from Initiating, executing to closing.

Keep project & finance data up to date to make sure budgetary adherence for project-based quotes

Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills both in English and Chinese

A second foreign language skill is preferred

- 1-3 years of experience in localization engineering and/or management

Role responsibilities are split between localization workflow coordination/production work and relevant documentation/training material maintenance needs.

- Basic experience in crafting support content/training materials

- Knowledge of standard web technologies and coding languages such as PHP, XHTML, HTML, XML,CSS, JavaScript

- Engineering and/or hands-on programming experience

- Knowledge of additional languages other than English

2 - 3 years of prior vendor/project management experience.

Scripting Knowledge (2 years of experience is preferred)

Independently and proactively manage project elements within the program.

Minimum 2 years of experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Localization (2 years of experience is required)

2+ years’ experience in localization management, copyediting, or Korean > English translation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Language Studies, Localization Management, Translation or related field preferred

Manages assignment of content to vendors and freelance linguists and copyeditors across multiple time zones

Working knowledge of localization tools and building and maintaining linguistic assets

Oversees the life-cycle of a project from initial translation to final copy-edit

Identifies issues and solutions to optimize the localization workflow

Offer advice, cultural consultation, and creative ideas to development teams both domestically and abroad;

Encourage the healthy growth of the game’s social media presence, by helping proofread surveys, offering a local perspective, etc.

Strong translation expertise and/or experience;

Working with our finishing department to produce and deliver final materials, managing the delivery process and file production and asset management

Working knowledge of the Post Production process

Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an operational or production role is a plus

Working closely with the team to ensure materials are produced to a high standard and on time

Dealing with clients and some international territory offices

A minimum of 1 year of relevant localization experience OR a minimum of 1 year in video game QA and publishing

Learn proprietary asset-management and scheduling systems (Xytech, ALIAS, OPIS, GPS, Sharepoint)

Previous experience or knowledge of Xytech/Media Pulse, SAP, Ariba, Microsoft, Excel

Manage input/update of title information and metadata within aforementioned systems.

Build and manage encoding, audio and subtitling orders.

Strong oral and written communication skills required to effectively communicate with Company personnel and outside parties
