Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative Jobs in Montana

Prepares member’s request for verifications/certifications of credit for approval of Loan Servicing Supervisor or Loan Servicing Manager.

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Complies with procedures, policies and regulation guidelines on consumer, mortgage, credit card and business loans ensuring complete compliance.

Performs consumer record changes and prepares documents for loan modifications.

Processes credit cards and consumer loans record changes with supporting documentation.

Processes consumer loan adjustments using the recast system.
