Remote with 2-3 days a week in Reston office location

• Work with the finance team to resolve issues in cost assignment.

- 2+ years of professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- 3 or more years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel.

6 months experience with pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry, and contracts.

Solid data entry skills along with ability to accurately manage numbers

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including mid-expert level experience with Excel

Internal and external deadlines should be managed individually with minimal oversight, adhere to timeline with no reminders

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles

Collaborative, creative, service-oriented personality, willing to work as part of a team to problem-solve

Report on issues / trends / fraud attempts to management and store teams

Assist the Store Managers with store system support (Cegid, Adyen, Forter etc)

3+ years’ experience with reconciliations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills

Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

 At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience

 1 to 2 years work experience in an accounting environment

 Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred

 Audit product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return.

 Review route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to BEK operational guidelines.

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Correct paperwork where necessary and inform Manager of any discrepancies

Assist data entry in generation of reports and inventory work lists as well as perform first key of data collection sheets

Sustained and successful adherence to all quality metrics for the data entry tasks below:

Complete data entry in BSI, and other software programs, as needed for all in-house repository contracts

Communicate problems to the Supervisor or Manager

• 4+ years of work experience in financial services operations, finance and/or accounting MUST.

• Responsible for escalating control gaps and issues to senior management

• Knowledge of Institutional Client Loan Operations MUST

• Knowledge of reconciliations, accounting, and controls required - MUST

• Strong data and excel skills - MUST
