Loan Processing Specialist Jobs

Related library experience, or an equivalent combination of position-related education and experience, required.

Previous patron service experience in a high-volume library or related setting required.

5+ years of management experience

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Support senior management in developing, and executing strategic plans

Manage and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your team

Develop an understanding of all procedures and work as a “hands on” manager within your team

Manage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloads

Minimum of two (2) years management experience

Manage the workflow of the processing team centered upon efficiency, timeliness, and quality in efforts toward maximizing the client experience

Communicate with appropriate Director(s) and/or Executive Management on recommendations for improving efficiency, productivity, quality, and associate development

Strong knowledge of business escrow, real estate escrow, and title processes and requirements

Extensive knowledge of the loan process, documentation, requirements, and terminology

Knowledge of all necessary computer applications including, but not limited to, CAFS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, nCino experience strongly preferred

Proficient computer skills, including experience with loan processing software and other relevant tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.

Conduct interviews with customers to gather necessary loan details, ensuring all information is accurately captured and documented.

Generate reports summarizing loan-related data, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the loan processing operations.

Process loan applications, carefully reviewing and verifying all information provided by customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide assistance during loan closings, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Data Entry of deals into billing system

Good communications skills, both verbal and via email

Previous loan processing experience a plus

Previous titling experience a plus

Review executed loan paperwork to ensure all required documentation is completed

Prepare loan documents and send to clients via DocuSign
