Overview The LMS Student Assistant is responsible for providing technical support to students and faculty in the use of the Learning Management System (LMS). This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Detailed Job Description The LMS Student Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance to students and faculty in the use of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes providing technical support for the LMS, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service to students and faculty. The LMS Student Assistant will also be responsible for creating and maintaining user accounts, updating course content, and providing training and support to faculty and students. Job Skills Required
