Litigation Associate Attorney Jobs in Virginia

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys

Court appearances with mentorship of senior attorneys

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Conducts research, interviews clients, and witnesses and handles other details for comprehensive case management

Manages outside counsel engaged in dispute resolution and litigation

Gathers evidence in cases to formulate resolution strategy or evaluate initiation of legal action

Represents the Company, as necessary, in mediations, arbitrations or litigation proceedings

Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for operating units

Provide legal advice concerning business operations

Judicial clerkship experience (not required, but strongly preferred).

Excellent writing and communication skills;

At least 3 years of legal work experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on litigation;
