Job Description

The ideal candidate will draft motions and pleadings, develop a winning case strategy with the assitance of senior attorneys, manage client expectations, handle litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements and/or advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and be willing to learn to advocate effectively under the mentorship of senior litigation attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Court appearances with mentorship of senior attorneys
  • Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
  • Draft motions,pleadings and correspondence
  • Legal research
  • Maintain client relationships


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Virginia Bar License
