Personnel, benefit, and medical file routine filing and organization for all Nabholz offices (regularly 1,100-1,400 employees).

Monthly benefit bill processing for all locations.

Preparation of new-hire and benefits packets.

Promotions/demotions tracking, and scheduling of initial training for first-time managers.

Experience with patient outreach and retention preferred. Experience in initiating contact with the customer to offer services or products

In a non-patient area handles daily over 100 over the phone interactions in a fast paced Information Retention and Benefits Center

Conducts interviews with callers seeking occupational medicine services, makes an initial assessment of work relatedness and offers appropriate service

Follows all HIPAA and any other governmental or state agency requirements regarding the appropriate handling of PHI documents

Minimum one year call center related experience (high call volume environment)

Strong computer skills. Will work simultaneously with different applications
