SMS responsibility for upholding the general safety management responsibilities in the Safety Management System within areas under their control.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an interiors maintenance role or equivalent in passenger ships.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and other applications and software.

Strategic thinking, problem solving, conflict resolution skills.

Experience handling and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in pressure situations.

Critical focus on Line DDS and the support of healthy systems, management routines, and CI initiatives

In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.

Ensure the Lines are not constrained due to the lack of technical capability or knowledge.

Transfer working knowledge and machine to the Line teams

Have at least 4 years’ experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair.

Post-secondary education and/or a technical trade certificate is an asset.

3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role.

Coordinating and executing all local badge and access permit requirements with the airport authority.

5+ years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience.

Strong Computer skills required including Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of FAR’s and regulatory manuals.

Proven experience in establishing and maintaining line maintenance stations required.

Participates in the Company's Safety Management System (SMS), as required

Direct ground equipment quantity needs and maintenance requirements. This will be coordinated with the Maintenance Planning Manager

Coordinates with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planning, and the DQC to ensure ETOPS requirements for similar system maintenance

Have at least 3 years of experience in maintaining large airplanes with an air carrier knowledge of FAA regulations

Locate, review qualifications, and review contracts with maintenance providers to support the organization in an assigned region

Coordinates with the Director of Quality to ensure that Maintenance program revisions meet ETOPS requirements for similar system maintenance
