What are the US Management Trainee Program Track Options?

You will gain invaluable experience working in various commercial roles (dependent on your program) under the mentorship of our key leaders.

You are a passionate individual with strong interpersonal communication skills

Completed your degree within the last 2 years AND have not gained more than 2 years of post-degree work experience.

Customer Experience Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrated effective knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management and Change Management

Relevant IT/LIS/EMR/HealthCare/Automation Project Management experience across integrated systems is a plus

Relevant Project Management training with a minimum of 3 years project management experience in a technical or laboratory customer environment required

Project Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Regularly update internal management stakeholders on high level project status.

Demonstrated effective knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management and Change Management
