Life Customer Service Asst Jobs

Strong preference for prior Transamerica experience and/or knowledge of Transamerica Operations

Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 0-1 years customer service experience required.

Working knowledge of insurance industry operations, SOX, state & federal regulations preferred.

Ability to adapt to changing processes, meet multiple deadlines, strong communication skills, and superior soft skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and customer service skills.

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Transfer incoming calls to appropriate departments (i.e. Sales, A/P, A/R, Service)

Assist incoming foot traffic to the showroom

2+ years of Customer Service

Applicant may be subject to a background check

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Hourly Wage: $19.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
