They are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues, as well as providing counseling and support to those in need. Detailed Job Description A Licensed Mental Health Provider is responsible for providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues, as well as providing counseling and support. They must be able to work with a variety of clients, including those with severe mental health issues, and must be able to develop individualized treatment plans. They must also be able to provide crisis intervention and referrals to other mental health professionals, as needed. Job Skills Required
