The Position: We are seeking a part-time & full-time contracted.

• We offer fully remote Telehealth services with plans for in-person in the office in near future.
• Therapist to provide counseling/ mental health services to children, adolescents, & adults.
• Your role will center around changing lives, extending our reach, deepening our impact, and building meaningful outcomes for those seeking help.

Responsibilities:

• We provide consultations, monthly licensed peer consultations, and management support. One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully a long-term commitment with our team!
• Hours: flexible & mostly client dependent.
• Handles emergencies as needed, including outside of normal work hours.
• Collaborates and consults with psychiatrists, case managers, facilitators, parent partners and other professionals working collaboratively to ensure comprehensive whole person care.
• Conducts intakes, provides individual, group and family therapy services. Service includes initial clinical assessments, diagnosis, clinical treatment planning and implementation, referral and termination.
• Maintains clinical charts and completes program paperwork; Meets expected billable hours
• We provide full-service intake, billing, and all referrals. This allows you to focus on providing quality care!

Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications

• Strong character matters -integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care to name a few.
• Timely documentation.
• Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines.
• Ph.D., Psy.D., MSW, or MA/MS
• Clinicians who are looking to provide a minimum of 15-25 hours of availability per week
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities with specialization preferred (*CBT/DBT, etc)
• Passion/ Experience counseling: children, teens, adults, couples, families, geriatric, LGBTQ (*Diversity)
• Eligible to register with professional Board.
• Telehealth experience; Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills; Relevant experience working in a clinical capacity
