Detailed Job Description The primary role of a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker is to provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. They assess the mental health needs of their clients and develop treatment plans to address those needs. They provide counseling and therapy to help clients cope with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. They also provide crisis intervention services and referrals to other mental health professionals when needed. Job Skills Required
