They must be knowledgeable about the various types of insurance plans available, as well as the laws and regulations that govern them. They must be able to explain the benefits of each plan and help clients understand their benefits and how to maximize them. They must also be able to provide advice on how to best manage their benefits and how to make the most of their coverage. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of health and welfare benefits
