Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)

Participates in person centered plan and/or treatment team meetings to develop, review and update individual plans.

Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments; determines consumer progress towards goals and modifies behavior support plans accordingly.

Determine data needs; develops behavior checklists and other reporting mechanisms for staff use in recoding and reporting consumer behavior

Ability to work with minimal supervision, get along well with consumers, family members, co-workers, administration and able understand/follow instructions.
