Salary: $86,416.50
Job Location: This full time position will be domiciled at 2351 Kanell Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO. 63901. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday off. Travel to both facilities (Poplar Bluff & Sikeston) is required, with some remote work opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Participates in person centered plan and/or treatment team meetings to develop, review and update individual plans.
- Develops and implements training program for staff, other care providers, and family members in the implementation of behavior support plans and intervention tactics and techniques.
- Determine data needs; develops behavior checklists and other reporting mechanisms for staff use in recoding and reporting consumer behavior
- Designs and implements behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in significant harm to self, others, or property in a residential or community based setting.
- Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments; determines consumer progress towards goals and modifies behavior support plans accordingly.
All you need for success as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst:
- Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, get along well with consumers, family members, co-workers, administration and able understand/follow instructions.
- Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
